Sam Knowles a 16 year old producer from the U.K. He has been in contact with us before but we were not very “WOW’d” by the filth this young’un was showing. However i went to crack open a fresh can of email’s today and noticed a little hello from Titch, to my amazement the track he sent us was right up our ally and we knew you’d appreciate it and its creator. With some hard samples and face smashingly powerful hits of all things bassy and dark, this one is a nice one for the robotic slow mover out there, if i close my eyes hard and try to imagine, i can see a young Steven Rock smashing his fists downwards to this one.

Don’t just take our word for it, tell us if were wrong, right, stupid or you think we just don’t know shit about Dubstep. Let us know and let Titch know, these young producers need all the advice they can get to help shape their productions.

Let us take you back a few months to when we ran the Box ‘O’ Fun competition. We had loads of people who received the samples pack, but unfortunately not many returns on the tracks, shame, shame, know your name! Anyway in and amongst the disappointment there was a glimmer of hope, thank fuck for Bristol!!! Drop ‘n’ Roll are a devilish duo straight out of the murky depths of Bristol town, with a sound that is guaranteed to get you craving for more.

We are proud to announce the winners of the Box ‘O’ Fun competition and one to keep an eye on for the future Drop ‘n’ Roll.

As always have the balls to comment on this and if you don’t like it then tell us. We hold no secrets from each other and we know any helpful criticisms are imperative to working on a sound.
