Vaski has a sickeningly satisfying sound. We found him on the old MySpace and we loved what we heard. He is a Minnesota born resident, and has been slaying the scene over there, not only with his tracks but he has been bringing down the house with his sets. Beatport has been housing his tracks for sometime now and there has been a lot of good feedback from the general dubstep public.
His World on Fire EP on Rottun Recordings shook not only the beatport charts but the entire dubstep community. All five tracks peaked in the top 25 in dubstep on beatport, two tracks in the top ten, and “Get Down” gaining a place as a number one hit.
Wrap your ear holes around this lovely remix of Amanda Blank‘s – Might Like You Better. It made the rain go away and the sun shine when we heard this. Absolutely lovely. Really nice use of plinky plonky synths and a good all round use of filthy robotty goodness. Sink your teeth into this one, play it out and pop a few speaker cones for Vaski.

Alright, so us DJs go to Squittybubbler to keep on top of the latest filthy, dirty, heavy dark deep awesome dubstep. And maybe this Vaski track was a little older when Squitty released it.
I just had to come back, months later, to say that dirty is dirty, no matter when it happened!
The bass on this track comes on full-force just late enough after the actual beat that it makes you go “UHH! (insert bass-face) That shit is dirty!” It’s a prime re-mix of a remix of an already sexual track, but that heavy, filth-only sound will turn on any bass head.
Where I live, most people haven’t heard this anyway so when I churn it out on the dancefloor it still makes waves.
My point is, everyone is tripping so much about the age that they forget to mention that this track is sick! Which in my opinion, is timeless. Rant over, thank you Squittybubbler and Vaski for bringing it
